Install that app
after that you need to search GTA san andreas you will show like this below in image

Download the second one APK file from there.

so carefully install and stay with instructions

and also download the cache OBB file from the appmirror
and it will be download in a ZIP file
when you will download this file it will download automatically as you can see in the image below

after download this file you need to Extract the file
For EXTRACT that
you need a application the app name is ZARCHIVER

you can download from the PlayStore
after the download this app open that file which you downlaod in a ZIP
as you can see in the image you will see like this

click on the file and EXTRACT the file
when you click on this file it will open the options like this image in below

click on the EXTRACT link and

find the folder which name is android go to the android folder

Go to the OBB folder and paste it as you can see in the image below

it will start to the Extract the file automatically

After all the process you need to switch off your phone and restart it 

After that you can RUN the game
